Our 5th blog will give you the 4th employee profile value that Print My Photo On Canvas includes in their employee profile

Loyalty and Commitment to their success is our 4th value that we have in all our employees and seek in all candidates for the open positions at Print My Photo On Canvas. When we interview our employee candidates, we ask them questions that would indicate their loyalty and commitment to themselves, and the company.

1. Do they know what do we do here?

If they do know that we print photo on canvas and frame them, it would indicate that they have commitment to their success in finding a position that may bring them closer to a their position of choice that will offer them a good pay, benefits, opportunity for advancement, work in a field they would enjoy, and job security.

2. Do they have any experience in printing photo on canvas or canvas art from photos production?

There are three typical answers we are looking for.

A. I have experience in printing photo on canvas, and I am looking for an opportunity to continue my training in that field and show you that I have the willingness to work very hard, ability to learn, and demonstrate my strong work ethic and positive attitude.

B. I do not have experience but I took a course in inkjet printing and I am looking for a position that will allow me to put what I have learned about inkjet printing to practical use so that I can work towards furthering my training in inkjet printing photos on canvas and the graphic arts.

C. I have artistic ability, creative talents and great work ethic and I am looking for a company that would be able to benefit from them and give me an opportunity to obtain a position that will allow me to show them that I would not only be a great employee, willing contributor, but also an asset to the company.

3 What were their grades in high school and or college?

If the grades were B’s or higher it would indicate that they were committed to their education, and are not a stranger to hard work.

4. Did they participate in any extra curriculums?

The more extra curriculums that they did would indicate that they had a willingness to work hard, complete tasks, utilize time management well, work well with others, have strong work ethic and were motivated.

5. Did they go to some sort of higher education or skills training?

If the answer was that they were a college grad, took certificate classes, seminars, or any other types of specialty training that was certified, it would indicate that they could make a commitment and see it through and were dedicated to a success-full future.

Positive answers to all the above questions would indicate another positive profile value for a company that performs a service to the end user consumer.

#4. Loyalty & Commitment is an employee profile value that most consumer based companies feel that it should be listed in the top ten profile values
