Our 2nd blog will give you an overview of how PRINT MY PHOTO ON CANVAS developed their team for photos to canvas printing.
I am Lou senior. I have been a senior manager in the Art Publishing industry for over 25 years and have experienced what made companies succeed or fail. In short, many companies fail because their failure is with their employees not feeling or understanding that they were an intricate part of the success of the company and/or not realizing the importance of their customers knowing that they received outstanding value for their purchase and patronage.
To start with, each employee has their own value to an employer and every employer should have a value to the employees. The key phrase here is “an employer”. Not every person can be the ideal employee for every employer. So, how do you do you choose your employee team members?
It all starts with the interviews. All employment candidates should be given the courtesy of an interview as if they were applying for an executive position. That does not mean the person needs to be a graduate from an elite college, but what it does mean is that the person needs to be given the same courtesy and time that that is needed to determine whether a person is an appropriate employee for the company and vice versa.
A good example of a company being right for an employee would be a person with artistic qualities and a company offering photos to canvas printing as both would have a lot in common. Although this candidate may not like canvas art from photos, he would still have some appreciation for the art of printing photos to canvas.
On the other hand, an employee who likes to work outdoors with his hands would typically not be a great candidate for a company that offers photos to canvas printing.
